About Cloud Service Link
We help organisations in Korea and beyond read cloud service consumption across multi-app environments—without turning the conversation into a product pitch.
Why we exist
Application teams and finance partners often share the same cloud accounts while speaking different languages. Engineers see service families; finance sees cost centres. Cloud Service Link sits between those views and translates consumption into application-level clarity.
Our practice grew out of repeated month-end disputes in Seoul offices where shared databases, networking, and storage had no named owner. Rather than selling monitoring software, we deliver assessments, workshops, and briefings that end with written decisions.
How we work
We start from billing exports and ownership lists, not from a pre-built dashboard. Every engagement names who will attend the closing session and which decision the work must support. Recommendations stay within attribution, reporting cadence, and preparation—never unsolicited reconfiguration of production systems.
People and place
We are based in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and work remotely across Korea with optional on-site workshops when stakeholders prefer a room over a video call. Our analysts combine cloud billing literacy with facilitation skills for finance and product owners who need a shared rule, not another slide template.
Values in practice
- Prefer named owners over anonymous shared pools.
- Write attribution rules in plain language before the next close.
- Keep engagements finite—assess, brief, or workshop—then step back.
- Refuse decorative metrics that cannot be traced to a billing line.
