Terms
These terms apply to professional engagements delivered by Cloud Service Link.
Acceptance
By requesting a scope call, confirming a statement of work, or paying a deposit, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
Cloud Service Link provides advisory engagements related to cloud service consumption analytics for multi-app environments, including assessments, usage reviews, workshops, and quarterly briefings. Deliverables are described in the relevant statement of work. We do not provide legal advice, audit opinions under professional accounting standards, or managed cloud operations unless separately agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
You supply accurate billing exports, ownership lists, and timely access to stakeholders. Delays in materials may shift delivery dates without reducing fees already earned for work completed.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered reports and workshop drafts for your internal business purposes. Our methods, templates, and prior know-how remain our property. You may not resell our materials as a competing service.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are stated in the statement of work. Late invoices may pause remaining work until balances are cleared.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or procurement of substitute services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
