Our flagship Multi-App Cloud Consumption Assessment follows five stages. Workshops and usage reviews borrow subsets of the same sequence when a full estate map is unnecessary.

  1. Scope call

Confirm applications, cloud accounts, date range, and the decision the work must support. We decline vague scopes that lack a closing decision owner.

  2. Materials intake

Collect billing exports, tagging inventories, and a named owner for each application. We do not request production credentials.

  3. Consumption mapping

Separate exclusive resources from shared ones. Build application-level views alongside service-family context without mixing them into one confusing table.

  4. Draft review

Walk findings with finance and application owners. Capture disagreements early so the final pack reflects agreed attribution rules.

  5. Final briefing

Deliver the written assessment, prioritised actions, and open questions assigned to named people. Optional quarterly briefings can continue from this baseline.
